Whenever you engage with MJM Mfg. Corporation, whether through purchasing products and services, or contacting our sales or support representatives, you are consenting to abide by and adhere to our terms and conditions. Please carefully review the following terms. If you do not agree with them, refrain from using our services. MJM Mfg. Corporation, the owner of our services. ""You"" pertains to the user or viewer of our services.

MJM Mfg. Corporation's services are governed by these terms and conditions, which apply to your interaction with us. These terms constitute an agreement between you and MJM Mfg. Corporation, and they apply to any purchase from us. We reserve the right to amend product pricing, these terms and conditions, and any other guidelines or policies at any time. Any changes or modifications become effective immediately upon notification. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance.

By engaging with MJM Mfg. Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We strongly advise reviewing these terms and conditions before making a purchase from us, and periodically thereafter to ensure your understanding.

Pricing

MJM Mfg. Corporation retains the right and sole discretion to alter or adjust product pricing at any given time. Such changes or modifications shall take immediate effect.

In the event that a pricing error is identified subsequent to the placement of a quotation or order, MJM Mfg. Corp. reserves the right to void said order. Notification of any alterations will be communicated to the client thru any forms of communication. Should the client be unreachable, the adjustment will still be deemed effective immediately.

Handmade Jewelry

Our handmade jewelry pieces are meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail. As such, please note the following expectations: 

Unique Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, each piece may exhibit slight variations in texture, shape, and color, adding to its individuality and charm. 

Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain high-quality standards in our craftsmanship. However, minor imperfections may occur, contributing to the artisanal character of the piece. 

Materials: We use carefully selected materials of the highest quality in crafting our jewelry. However, natural variations in gemstones and other materials may occur, enhancing the uniqueness of each piece. 

Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your handmade jewelry, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and excessive moisture. 

By purchasing our handmade jewelry, you acknowledge and accept these expectations. Thank you for supporting artisan craftsmanship.

Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns

MJM Mfg. Corp. is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Please review the following carefully before completing your purchase. All orders placed with MJM are considered custom orders, tailored to your specifications. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or any other reason. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously crafted, a process that may span from several days to several weeks, depending on the customization involved. For a refund or exchange for ready-made items, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition. Please note that sale items, special orders, modified items (including sizing adjustments), and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Work

Custom-designed jewelry involves the provision of metal, gems, and labor by MJM Mfg. Corp. specifically for an individual client. Consequently, all custom jewelry orders and pre-order items are non-refundable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit before commencement of work. MJM Mfg. Corp. is committed to ensuring the accurate manufacture or production of the ordered item(s). Upon receipt of the completed custom work, full payment indicates the client's satisfaction. MJM Mfg. Corp. is pleased to accommodate minor adjustments such as ring sizing or texturing for the wearer, either at a nominal fee or free of charge, depending on the scope of the adjustments needed.

Payment Terms

When making a purchase from us or from Merchants, you confirm and guarantee that (i) the credit information provided by you is accurate and comprehensive, (ii) charges incurred by you will be approved by your credit card company, and (iii) you will settle the charges incurred by you at the published prices, inclusive of any relevant taxes and shipping fees.

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

A 30% cancellation fee will be applied to orders that have been processed. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Mailing

When sending an item of value to us, we recommend insuring it and addressing the package to MJM Mfg. Corporation to ensure the safety of the item. Additionally, please obtain a tracking number for your package.

Tips for securely packaging your return

●Use plain or nondescript packaging.

●When possible, do not display your company name or logo on the outside of packages being shipped to MJM. Use secure/alias names to address a package.

●By limiting the amount of information you share about who you are, what you are shipping, and to whom the shipment is intended, you minimize the risk of fraudulent activity.

●If shipping multiple packages, avoid taping the boxes together.

●Prepare shipments under a camera and capture the tracking number to have visual evidence of what was packed and shipped.

●For higher value items, ALWAYS double box. Sealing the ends of both boxes with clear tape, or tape with fibers, is always the best way to protect the contents from theft.

●Do not place your return in a drop box or leave it unattended. Schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off inside the carrier’s facility and get a receipt with the tracking number.

Storage

For orders that have been completed but not yet claimed by the customer, the following terms apply:

1.Storage Period: Upon completion of your order, we will notify you promptly. However, if the order remains unclaimed for a period exceeding 10 days from the notification date, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee.

2.Storage Fee: A storage fee may be applied for orders not claimed within the specified period. The fee amount will be determined based on the size, value, and duration of storage required. We will inform you of any applicable storage fees in advance.

3.Communication: We will make reasonable efforts to remind you of your unclaimed order before the storage fee is applied. Communication may occur via the contact methods provided by you.

4. Release of Order: Upon payment of any applicable storage fees, your order will be released to you promptly. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed orders if storage fees remain unpaid beyond a reasonable period. Liability: We are not liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of unclaimed orders during the storage period. It is the customer's responsibility to claim their order promptly to avoid additional fees or potential loss.

Jewelry Warranty and Service Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

●The jewelry warranty and service policy is available to all clients who purchase from MJM Mfg. Corporation, effective from the date of purchase, provided a proof of purchase or invoice is presented.

●This offer is valid only for jewelry sold directly through MJM Mfg. Corporation’s factory and official social media sites.

●Conditions:

●The warranty begins either from the date the customer receives the goods for the first time or from the date of shipment.

●MJM Mfg. Corporation's one time 7-day warranty covers repair costs only for defects resulting from normal wear, including cleaning, plating, and loose prongs.

2. Repair Process:

●When jewelry covered by the warranty is sent to MJM Mfg. Corp., it will be inspected by an expert to determine if repairs are necessary. If repairs beyond the 7-day guarantee are needed, the company will seek customer permission before proceeding.

●Exclusions:

●Loss or theft of the jewelry in whole or part is not covered.

●Re-sizes are not covered.

●Any defects must be evaluated by MJM Mfg. Corp. to ascertain if they result from normal wear or extraordinary circumstances.

●Warranty will be forfeited if jewelry is resized or altered by a third party without authorization.

●Customers are responsible for shipping or insurance costs to/from MJM Mfg. Corporation

●The company is not liable for expenses or damage incurred while jewelry is not in its possession.

●Customers will be responsible for repair costs if damage is determined to be due to unusual or extreme wear of use.

●Damage to chains on pendants, necklaces, bracelets, ear-backs, nose rings, or other body jewelry is not covered.

Service:

●MJM Mfg. Corp. offers free annual inspections for the natural lifetime of the jewelry. Customers will be advised on any worn parts that require repair beyond capability.

Limitations:

●The warranty does not cover loss or theft of stones, hence customers are encouraged to take advantage of the free inspection offer for proper maintenance.

Agreement:

●By purchasing jewelry from MJM Mfg. Corporation, customers agree to the terms and condition without signing an agreement.
